Cancellation policy:

Where bookings are cancelled by the agent, tour operator or visitor, the Alice Springs Desert Park reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees: 

• Greater than 72 hours’ prior to departure - no cost incurred 
• 72 to 48 hours’ notice prior to departure - 50% of the cost of service 
• Less than 48 hours’ prior to departure - 100% cost of service 

The Alice Springs Desert Park reserves the right to cancel bookings due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Should the unlikely event of a Desert Park instigated cancellation occur, there will be no charges issued and for prepaid clients a full refund will be provided. Option of rescheduling is at the discretion of Alice Springs Desert Park and subject to availability.
